How You Can Beat a Radar Speeding Ticket - The #1 Most Important Rule to Follow

Everybody gets pulled over at least once in their driving lifetime.  And if they don't get pulled over, well they're doing something wrong!  Unfortunately speeding has become the cash cow that's keeping police stations afloat.  Hey, they need funding too!  There are ways to beat a radar speeding ticket, and don't worry it's all legal.

The most important rule: Never Admit Guilt!

By admitting guilt you're making the cops job a lot easier.  Who is the Judge going to believe?  My money is on the cop.

When you get pulled over always be nice to the officer.  Look at all the TV shows that glamorize people giving cops a hard time, and look what happens to them... they get tasered! Do yourself a favor and be nice.  The nicer you are the more respectful they're going to be.

If you play your cards right the officer might not even write you a ticket.  Obviously they're going to ask you some questions such as:

"Do you know how fast you were going?

"No, I'm sorry officer I was not paying attention."  Even if you knew you were speeding, don't say it, it's better to say that you weren't paying attention.  He thinks you're being honest, which again wins some points.

"I need your... please."

"Sure one second, it's in my glovebox so I'm going to get it out..."  The sad truth is that sometimes people shoot at cops.  So anytime you're moving around your car be sure to explain yourself.  If the cop goes into defensive mode you're out of luck.  Enjoy your ticket!

As frightening as it may be to get pulled over, there are so many ways to beat a radar speeding ticket, and yes once again it's all legal.  You can avoid tickets by being nice to the officer and being patient.  Most cops don't enjoy writing speeding tickets, it's more work for them and they have to go to court to testify.
